Letting only services include property marketing and carrying out viewings. Potential tenants will have checked references and the rights to rent. If proving satisfactory, then tenancy agreement will be prepared, and inventory if required.
The next step is collecting the first rent and deposit, and credited to the Landlord less our agreed fee.
Managing the tenancy, including the maintenance and rent collection, will then be the responsibility of the Landlord.
Fees:
Letting fee: £175 for letting a room, £360 for letting a flat, and £600 for letting a house.
Inventory preparation: £30 for the room, £150 for the flat, and £300 for the house.
Only property marketing and scheduling potential tenants for viewings are also available - the Landlord will carrying out viewings and checking potential tenants.
