HomeTime was involved with setting up new Serviced Accommodation in Luton. This was 5 bedroom house with 2 showers rooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area and kitchen.
HomeTime did all decoration shopping, staged and photographed house.
Staging HMO rooms, Luton
HomeTime is staging HMO rooms every time when tenants are moving out. By creating an image of living space rooms are rented quicker and for higher rent. See "before" room photos and "after" with staging and photography by HomeTime.

"Guide for living in the house" for new tenants in HMO, Luton
HomeTime has created a "guide for living in the house" which will be given for every new tenant. In the guide, tenants will such info like WiFi details, nearest bus stops, kitchen appliances info, bin collection details, etc.
