Property Management services include property marketing and carrying out viewings. Potential tenants will have references and the right to rent check. If satisfactory the tenancy agreement will be prepared, and inventory if required. The tenant will be required to agree on the inventory.
During the tenancy, we will carry out periodic inspection visits. These visits will bring to light any maintenance issue, we will (within our Management Agreement ) arrange or recommend any necessary repairs.
Collecting and processing rental payments and rental balances will be automatically credited to the Landlord's bank account.
Towards the end of the tenancy, we liaise with the Tenant, with a view to renewing the tenancy agreement, or arranging to check them out, against inventory, and re-advertising the property to let.
This service is perfect for Landlords who do not live locally or would rather not deal face to face with tenants.
Staging: £65 a room, £200 a flat, £350 a house.
Shopping: from £70 (subject to the property being staged)
Letting fee: £175 for letting a room, £360 for letting a flat, £600 for letting a house
Management fee: 8% of collected rent
Inventory preparation: £30 for the room, £150 for the flat, £300 for the house

We will take all your responsibility for the property as per our agreement contract.
We will do all marketing side and contact companies to book your property, taking care of cleaning and check-in and out guests. Taking care of any maintenance issue, we will (within our Management Agreement ) arrange or recommend any necessary repairs.
Also with your agreement, we would update the property for higher standards (good staging) and make good property photographs to use for marketing purposes.
Management fee: 15% of collected rent
